I'm not a Survivor fan, but I heard on a local radio station that "Coach" refused a polygraph by one of the other survivors, and then he took his own - by Grogan. What I found interesting is that the radio host laughed when she said it because, as she said, there's plenty of info out there to show that Grogan is a fraud. That's good news. We're as far from the left coast as one could get, and people here are learning that Grogan is a phony examiner. I'm not sure what they heard or how, but I sent them a link to Ralph's site on Grogan. I doubt I'll hear anything, but I figured I try to get the info out so people can make up their own minds. IP: Logged |

The questions are out there. The radio station mentioned them. At least one RQ was a good CQ, so the test was bad. Surprise!IP: Logged |

Based on several blogs it would appear that Survivor fans have Mr. Grogans number. Some even linked to his complaints history with the better business bureau and a place called ripoffreport.comIP: Logged |

Sorry to hear about the Grogan settlement. Many times I used the truthaboutgrogan.org website as a reference point to potential clients who threw his name in my direction. IP: Logged |

This settlement is very disheartening. Many of my potential customers have used the TAG web site to avoid being scammed. Quite a large number were not so lucky and only found the site after the fact. There must be someone out there (or some organization) willing to carry the torch.------------------ Michael Martin Global Polygraph Network www.polytest.org IP: Logged |

I'm trying to find a way to post GM's zip file on a website without becoming liable for GM's post on his own web site, any ideas?IP: Logged |

Shouldn't the now down web pages be cached on sites such as Wayback? How long do those remain up, and is it possible to submit them to Google et al for "Grogan" searches? If you ask, GM might be willing to add a page to his site. It could be a news story of the site, the suit and the settlement. IP: Logged |

Okay, who's going to move on it? I'm under siege at the moment and probably for the foreseeable future. There is a way to keep this useful, informative and newsworthy info around for almost an eternity if done right.IP: Logged |

Mr. Martin,With all due respect, I must comment on your statement: "There must be someone out there (or some organization) willing to carry the torch." My question to you is this: What have you done about it? I suspect the answer will be "nothing" which is exactly why this problem continues to exist. If I am incorrect here, please let us know. Mr. MartinTed has a point. Based on my personal email and telephone calls, GPN is frequently confused with Mr. Grogan's Organization/s. I think he may have blurred the difference in some of his advertising. Several examiners I know have spent some time informing your potential customers that you are not Grogan. It seems to me that you have a lot to gain by making sure that people don't think you are him. ------------------ Ex scientia veritas [This message has been edited by ebvan (edited 05-30-2009).] IP: Logged |

I just heard from the man in charge of CID (at work) that Grogan called to say he was going to sue us for some reason. The story I'm hearing can't be quite right, but that's the word. He's upset, so I'm told, because I have supposedly posted 2300 bad things about him on some website, which the boss thought was the PEOA. I'm guessing he means here at PP (but 2300 negative posts?). I'm not sure what the supposed basis for the suit is since any negative opinions I've express were said on this private site, and there's no way I could say anything here that would make you folks think any less of Grogan - I don't think anyhow. I'm not sure what my employer's connection would be either. My comments here are my own. I don't represent them or any of the organizations with which I'm affiliated. My guess is that he's feeling things out looking for deep pockets, but the City I work for (even if he could make a connection) is self-insured, which means they can't afford to settle as the lesson has been that it sets bad precedent. Instead, trials are cheaper in the long run. Anyhow, is he trying to bully anybody else? IP: Logged |

Nothing here. I kinda hope he takes a shot at somebody who can't be forced into a settlement by an insurance company that cares more about dollars and cents than right and wrong. ------------------ Ex scientia veritas IP: Logged |

It's my understanding that's the position the insurance company is taking in the Trimarco case, which is scheduled for trial in August.IP: Logged |
